Jungle is a soul/funk-pop ensemble from England made up of seven musicians with a captivating sound and strong work ethic. Currently riding the buzz after two performances at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival last month, the group has unveiled two brand new songs.
The group’s music tends to skew toward the ethereal — they have slower, more atmospheric numbers and more up-tempo funk jams — and the pair of new songs touch on both ends of that spectrum.
“House in LA,” for example, is some delirious dream-pop with falsetto vocals and a music video that pretty much perfectly captures the essence of the song:
