Over the weekend, members of the Foo Fighters convened as Chevy Metal, drummer Taylor Hawkins‘ classic rock cover band, for a performance at Conejo Valley Days 2015 in Thousand Oaks.

This time, Dave Grohl was on-hand to take part im the festivities, something he does often but not every single time Chevy Metal has a gig. As a result, a ton of videos of the fun surfaced of the band’s performances of songs originally made famous by Alice Cooper, the Faces, Queen and David Bowie, Bryan Adams, Van Halen, the Knack, AC/DC, the Rolling Stones and more.

Enjoy:

Under Pressure (Queen and David Bowie cover)

I’m the One (Van Halen cover)

My Sharona (the Knack cover) and Let There Be Rock (AC/DC cover)

Summer of ’69 (Bryan Adams cover)

Stay with Me (the Faces cover)

Panama (Van Halen cover)

As we’ve documented extensively in the past (check below for proof), the Foos do these Chevy Metal gigs quite frequently around the Southern California area, especially when they’re having some downtime from their normal Foo-related activities (as they are right now). You neer know when one will pop up!
